• Interior Repainting: Tank draining (by others), abrasive blasting to SSPC #10 Near-White Metal standard, application of epoxy prime/finish coats, weld/ladder stripe coating, and debris disposal.

• Ladder Repair: Removal of the old ladder and installation of a new 10-ft steel ladder with welded standoff brackets, painted according to interior specifications.

• Work schedule and safety plan

• Inspection and progress updates

• Final inspection and warranty documentation

• Waste disposal certification for abrasive blast debris

• Copies of all employee and sub-contractor licenses/certifications upon request.

Work must be completed within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
