Key Eligibility & Submission Requirements
Offerors must possess an in-house professional staff of degreed engineers, biologists, metallurgists, and Licensed Water Treatment personnel, supported by an ISO 17025:2017 certified R&D Laboratory. A minimum of 20 years of experience with organizations comparable to ANL and within the U.S. Department of Energy National Laboratories system is mandatory. Contractors must be conversant with AWWA, ISO 9000, and ASQ standards, and have a local chemical distribution facility and an in-house Legionella testing laboratory within 25 miles of ANL. Sub-contracting is not permitted. All personnel, including drivers, require specific safety training and certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, CDL with HazMat/tanker, TWIC card). U.S. citizenship and HSPD-12 credentials are required for site access.
