• Award Timeframe: Award is anticipated within 90 days, which is the proposal validity period.
• Work Hours: Normal work hours are Monday-Friday, 0700-1800. Work outside these hours requires prior written approval (See Section 010150 General Requirements).
• Crew Water: Water for the crew will be provided. Refer to Specifications section 010150 General Requirements, Part 1.5.D.
• Hazardous Materials: Current materials are not tested for hazardous contaminants. Testing or abatement is not anticipated. Notify the Contracting Officer immediately if suspected hazardous materials are found.
• On-site Meetings: One virtual pre-work meeting is anticipated. On-site meetings can be accommodated if requested.
• Shutdown Limitations: Refer to Specifications Section 010150 General Requirements, Part 1.5.
• Insulation: Insulation is not anticipated unless already listed in drawings and specifications.
• Chemical Injection & pH Sensor: These items are to be provided new by the contractor.
• Pressure Transmitter Connections: These items are to be provided new by the contractor.
