This solicitation is for the procurement of brand name water treatment filters for the National Park Service (NPS) at Oregon Caves National Monument (ORCA). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order.

• Brand name water treatment filters.

• Specific filters required include: HPM99-CCX-2SR Strainrite HiProMicro Bag, HPM99-CC-2SR Strainrite HiProMicro Bag, HPM97-A-2SS Strainrite Bag Filter, and 701-1/30 Harmsco Cartridge Filters.

• Filters must meet the specifications detailed in Attachment 1.

• No substitutions will be accepted.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price purchase order.

• Period of Performance: April 20, 2026, to July 20, 2026.

• Delivery Date: July 17, 2026.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to loren_thomas@ios.doi.gov.

• Submission Deadline: As specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering price, technical acceptability, schedule, and past performance.

• Quoters are urged to use Adobe PDF for electronic documents and follow specific naming conventions.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business (100%).

• Quoters must represent in good faith that they meet the small business size standard for NAICS code 221310.

• Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required.
