This solicitation is for the fabrication, installation, removal, and disposal of nineteen (19) in-ground low-profile cantilever style wayside bases, and the disposal of sixteen (16) wayside bases. The work will be performed across multiple National Park Service sites in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, including Independence National Historical Park, Thaddeus Kosciuszko National Memorial, Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site, and Gloria Dei Church National Historical Site.

• Fabrication of painted aluminum Low Profile cantilever style 36x24 size in-ground with concrete wayside bases (NPS Charcoal, powder coat).

• Installation of nineteen (19) new in-ground wayside bases.

• Removal of nineteen (19) existing in-ground wayside bases.

• Disposal of sixteen (16) wayside bases (in-ground with concrete, in-ground with bolts, and sled-style).

• All bases must meet programmatic accessibility guidelines and conform to specified attachments.

• A 10-year warranty against structural failure is required for all bases.

• Contractor must provide a 12-month warranty on fabrication, materials, finishes, and installation workmanship.

• Contract Type: Single firm-fixed price contract.

• Period of Performance: July 15, 2026, to December 1, 2026 (approximately 150 calendar days).

• Estimated Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000.
