Performance Standards

  • Repair Turnaround Time: Units must be fully operational within three (3) working days of telephonic malfunction notification.
  • Response Time: Telephonic response required within four (4) hours during normal duty hours and six (6) hours after normal duty hours/weekends/holidays.
  • Parts: Only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair parts and OEM-recommended substitutions are permitted.
  • Quality Control: Contractor must develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) submitted within ten (10) days of award.
  • Reporting: Submit Service Contract Reports (SCR) via www.sam.gov annually by October 31st.
