This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for uniform dry cleaning, laundry, and alteration services for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Police Service Branch at the Western Currency Facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The primary mission of the BEP is to produce the nation's currency, and the Police Service Branch enforces laws to protect persons, property, and the currency.

The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to perform commercial laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, and repairs for the assigned police officers' uniforms. This includes shirts (permanent press, long and short sleeve), pants, jackets, sweaters, ties, hats, and miscellaneous in-service and training uniforms.

Services must be provided in accordance with industry standard practices. The contractor must ensure cleaned items are dry, free of soil and objectionable odors, with spots and stains removed where practical without damaging the fabric. Repairs for minor rips, tears (up to 4 inches), open seams, and holes, as well as replacement of buttons, snaps, and zippers, are required. Unsatisfactorily cleaned items must be re-cleaned or replaced at no additional cost to the Government.

The period of performance is one base year with four option years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. Services will be performed at the Western Currency Facility, 9000 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, Texas, 76131.

• Drop-off and Pick-up: Scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays between 9 am and 10 am, with pick-up on the same days.

• Facility Access: Contractor personnel will require security clearances and may be issued access badges. Specific procedures for short-term and long-term access, including background investigations and PIV processes, are detailed.

• Conduct: Strict adherence to BEP property rules, including prohibitions on firearms, dangerous weapons, intoxicants, and unauthorized photography, is required.

• Records: The contractor is responsible for maintaining specific government-required records.

• Deliverables: Deliverables include drop-off/pick-up tickets, daily accountability sheets, and monthly invoices. The contractor must also provide a primary and backup point of contact and a list of all personnel involved in pick-up/drop-off.
