Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To establish a single contract for the manufacture and delivery of security hoods for use in the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's (BEP) internal production process.

• Manufacture and deliver security hoods designed to cover Stack and Rack Carts used after Intaglio printing.

• Hoods must allow adequate airflow for printed sheets to cure for at least seventy-two (72) hours.

• Contractor shall provide a warranty outlining coverage and a point of contact for warranty issues.

• Any deviations from technical requirements require prior written approval from the Contracting Officer (CO).

• Contractor must immediately notify the CO and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in writing of any delays or potential delays.

• Contractor must provide written corrective action reports within thirty (30) days of receiving a root cause letter or quality audit finding.
