This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a brand name Trane 140-Ton Air-Cooled Scroll Packaged Chiller. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns and is being procured for the 2d Civil Engineering Squadron (2 CES) at Barksdale AFB, LA. Installation will be handled by 2 CES personnel.

• One (1) Brand Name Trane 140-Ton Air-Cooled Scroll Packaged Chiller.

• Must conform to customer's salient characteristics (detailed in Attachment 2).

• Delivery Terms: Freight on Board (FOB) Destination.

• Contract award will be based on price/technical to determine best value.

• Period for acceptance of offers: 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.

• Due Date and Time: 2:00 PM CDT, Friday, 15 May 2026.

• Evaluation will be based on price/technical factors.

• The government intends to award without discussions; initial offers should be the best terms.

• The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time.

• The government may award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for individual items if funds are not available for the entire contract value.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• Funds are not presently available for this effort; no award will be made until funds are available.
