- Arranging and paying for travel (airfare, lodging, ground transportation) for approximately 25 authorized travelers, including per diem for meals and incidental expenses.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and providing itineraries at least one week prior to the meeting.
- Having a representative present to assist with logistical and travel needs.
- Assisting with necessary translating for members who may speak Northwest Alaska dialects.
- Preparing and distributing the meeting agenda and pre-meeting materials.
