Scope of Work
This procurement specifies the requirements for the manufacture of "Wedge" components, which must meet material, physical, and mechanical specifications detailed in Drawing 4491157, Item No. 62B. Key requirements include permanent marking per MIL-STD-130 and strict adherence to mercury-free specifications. The supplier's Quality Inspection System must comply with MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001 and NCSL Z540.3 or ISO 10012. Deliverables include a written Quality Inspection and Test Plan, 100% visual/dimensional inspection, production lot testing/inspection reports, and Objective Quality Evidence Records (OQEDs) such as Certified Industrial Laboratory Analysis and Mercury Exclusion Certification. Government approval of the Quality Inspection Plan and Production Lot Testing/Inspection Report is required prior to production and shipment, respectively. Packaging must conform to MIL-STD 2073.
