• Reports of Test and Inspection (ROTIs): Due 40 days prior to delivery if called for in the IRPOD. A complete package of vendor-certified ROTIs (per DI-QCIC-8872) is due at the End of Contract (EOC) to NAVSUP-WSS, Code N9433, requiring PCO authorization to ship material.
• First Article Test Reports: Due within 45 days from the order date.
• Pre-manufacturing Submittals: A package of applicable procedures, drawings, and other pre-manufacturing submittals (per DI-QCIC-8871) is due within 45 Days After Contract (DAC) to the Contracting Officer (NAVSUP-WSS code N9433).
• Packaging: Specific clarifications for MIL-PRF-23199 packaging, especially regarding MIL-DTL-24466 green poly bags for cleanliness control, are provided. MIL-STD 2073 packaging applies, and fire retardant packaging is no longer required.
• Mercury Exclusion: No mercury or mercury-containing compounds are to be intentionally added or come into direct contact with hardware.
