Additional Notes
- NIST SP 800-171: Items deemed COTS are exempt. Non-COTS items require a current assessment (not more than 3 years old) as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019.
- Traceability: If not the manufacturer, provide traceability in accordance with DLAD subpart 11.3 (e.g., authorized dealer letter, verifiable quotation from approved source).
