Special Requirements & Site Visits
Work commencement is required no later than five (5) days after notice to proceed, with completion within 7-14 calendar days after contract award depending on the station. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the sites between June 17-24, 2026 (9:30 AM - 3:00 PM EDT) or between June 9 - July 9, 2026, for Crisfield and June 15 - July 9, 2026, for Annapolis. Arrangements must be made with the respective Unit POCs. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, and equipment, obtain necessary permits/licenses, comply with all federal, state, local, and Coast Guard regulations, and ensure personnel and vehicles are properly identified.
