- Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller.
- OEM warranty and service must be provided and maintained by the OEM, with a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty required.
- Responses MUST include a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer.
- Delivery is required within 30 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to the Fort Yuma Health Care Center, Winterhaven, CA.
