• Brand Name or Equal: MFR: STEINER INDUSTRIES, P/N: 02128. Vendors quoting "equals" must submit bids with specifications for evaluation.

  • Complete box 17A, read box 28, and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c.
  • Provide CAGE code.
  • Quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA.
  • Annotate lead time.
  • Annotate manufacturer name and product's country of manufacturing.
  • Return all required information with the quote.
• NIST SP 800-171: Required for awardees unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). COTS items must be identified to the contracting officer during the solicitation period.
• Evaluation: "Equals" will be evaluated based on submitted specifications.

Additional Notes

• Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential is required for base access.
• All deliveries must pass through the base Truck Inspection Station.
• Marking of shipments must comply with ASTM-D-3951.
• Pallet usage is mandatory for items not shipped via small parcel service.
• Unique Item Identification (IUID) requirements apply for items with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more, or as identified in the schedule.
