The Government will evaluate performance based on compliance with defined objectives and acceptance criteria, allowing Offerors flexibility to propose innovative design and construction solutions. This project will repurpose a design previously implemented at Well #3. A DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is available as Attachment 01 and will be finalized upon solicitation posting.
