    • All necessary OEM accessories (NIBP cuff, Masimo SpO2 sensor, power supplies, mounting hardware), documentation, and a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty.
  • Requirements: Equipment must be new, in original OEM packaging, and fully compatible between the monitor and mounting system. Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller and must include a copy of the authorized distributor letter with their quote. Third-party quotes will not be considered.
  • Delivery: FOB Destination, required within 30 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to Fort Yuma Health Care Center, 401 Picacho Rd, Winterhaven, CA 92283. Shipping costs must be included in the vendor quote and cannot be a separate line item.
