Scope of Work

- Seasonal Clean-ups: Spring (debris removal, pruning, weeding, mulching) and Autumn (leaf removal, trimming, aerating, fertilizing).
- Lawn Services: Weekly mowing during peak season (April, May, June, Sept, Oct) and bi-weekly during slower periods (July, Aug, Nov), maintaining a height of 2.5" to 3.5". Includes edging, weed removal, and debris disposal.
