Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote fully complies with the solicitation's terms and conditions and whose price is determined to be fair and reasonable through price analysis. All units of all items will be awarded to a single offeror. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have no active exclusions. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days. Proof of authorization as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller is required at the time of offer submission. Submissions must be electronic (PDF or MS Word).
Additional Notes
Offerors are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website for any amendments. Gray market items are not acceptable. Item Unique Identification (IUID) is required for items with a unit cost of $5,000 or more. Deliveries are FOB Destination, and payment requests must be submitted electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
