This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for manual thinning, manual piling, manual lop and scatter of conifer tree species for fuels reduction. The work is to be performed on approximately 980 base acres and includes about 217 optional items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items.
