This includes providing all necessary labor, equipment (e.g., tractors with ROPS, rangeland drill seeding implements), tools, materials, supervision, and incidentals. Equipment must be power washed and free of debris. The work area is located in the southern Big Desert, approximately 21 miles northwest of Aberdeen, Idaho. The Government will provide the seed, with the contractor responsible for its loading, hauling, protection, and storage.
