Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services for various facilities within the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge. This includes the Main Office/Visitor Center (approx. 9,000 sq ft), a Maintenance Shop bathroom (60 sq ft), and Refuge Auto Tour outdoor restrooms (approx. 130 sq ft concrete pit toilets).
Key tasks involve:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, dividers, handrails, walls, mirrors).
- Cleaning kitchen sinks and surfaces.
- Emptying trash and recycling, replacing liners.
- Cleaning windows, doors, surfaces, and water fountains.
- Replacing government-furnished consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
Services are required Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., excluding Federal holidays, with varying frequencies based on location and season.
Contract Details

- Government Furnished Items: Consumable supplies (liquid hand soap, toilet paper, paper products, trash bags). Cleaning supplies/equipment may be provided upon request.

Submission & Evaluation
