Scope of Work

The scope includes providing all necessary parts, wiring, programming, software updates, and functional testing. Additionally, the contractor must provide user training for refuge staff, an 18-month software maintenance agreement, controller operations and maintenance manuals, a one-year parts and labor installation warranty, and password/access information for future programming. All waste generated during the work must be removed. The work is to be performed at the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center and Headquarters Building, N11385 Headquarters Road, Necedah, WI 54646.
