Scope of Work
This solicitation is for the supply of commercially available granular insecticide only; no application services are required. Key product requirements include:
- Product: Granular insecticide, brand name or equal, suitable for turf, lawn, landscaped areas, and perimeter pest control.
- Active Ingredient: Must contain bifenthrin or an equivalent pyrethroid at approximately 0.20% concentration.
- Formulation: Ready-to-use granular, compatible with broadcast spreaders. Liquid concentrates, sprays, soil drenches, or water-soluble formulations are not acceptable.
- EPA Registration: Must be EPA-registered and labeled for control of ants, mole crickets, chinch bugs, sod webworms, and similar pests.
- Residual Control: Must provide at least thirty (30) days of residual pest control.
- Packaging & Quantity: 25-pound bags, total of 700 bags.
- Delivery: Within 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO), FOB Destination to Willamette National Cemetery, Happy Valley, OR. Delivery appointments are required.
