Special Requirements & Notes
- Licensing: Offerors must submit copies of their US Dept. of Labor MSPA Certificate of Registration, Oregon BOLI license, and Temporary Employment Certificate (if using H2B workers) with their quote. Subcontractors must also provide this documentation.

- Location: Units are within the Middle Fork Ranger District. Road conditions vary, and 4WD/tire chains are recommended. Inaccessibility due to road conditions may lead to work suspension, compensation for walk-ins, or item deletion/substitution.
- Unit Boundaries: 100% virtual. The Government will provide georeferenced .pdf maps or shapefiles. Contractors must furnish GPS devices compatible with .pdf maps and capable of better than 30ft accuracy.
- Quality Control: A Contractor Quality Control Plan (QCP) is required. Planting quality must meet or exceed a Performance Standard of 90% to avoid deductions or rework.
