Eligibility / Set-Aside

Offerors must submit a completed Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form to self-certify their eligibility as an IEE as defined in DIAR Part 1480.
Submission & Evaluation
Sealed offers, in original and one copy, are due by May 22, 2026, at 1700 hours local time. Offers will be publicly opened at that time. Sealed envelopes must be clearly marked with the offeror's name, address, solicitation number, and offer due date. Award will be made to the qualified contractor with the lowest total evaluated price.

Offerors are responsible for including all associated costs for state taxes, tribal taxes, royalties, and other applicable tribal laws or ordinances within their firm fixed-price proposal.
