Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies for comprehensive custodial services. This includes:

• Low and high dusting.
• Cleaning of glass, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
• Trash and recyclable material removal.
• Light fixture cleaning.
• Optional/emergency cleaning services as needed. The services will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and professional appearance for the 2,112 sq ft Wind River Office and 3,674 sq ft Lower Bunkhouse.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, based on Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance.
• Key Submission Requirements: Active SAM registration, completed SF-1449 (with UEID), acknowledge all SF-30 Amendments, complete Schedule of Items for all years, provide 1-2 pages of company experience, list relevant past performance for 2024-2025, and Key Personnel information (if not subcontracting).
