Scope of Work

Additionally, six non-standard windows (lunette and multi-light sash types) require repair, and eight mechanical openings will be replaced or repaired with in-kind Mapes Panels and/or louvers.

The government is seeking general contractors with experience and expertise in managing numerous task orders, including construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
