Laser Wire Marking Machine Criteria:

• Direct write, galvanometer scanning system
• Single station unpowered/unenclosed dereeler
• 12-inch powered coil pan
• KSD knot and splice detector
• Built-in energy monitor
• Qualified with Boeing to BAC 5152 and D6-36911 standards
• Compliant with international wire marking standards
• Calibration certificate to above standards
• Machine controller with Windows OS and Nova control software
• 1-year parts and labor warranty, user manual, remote diagnostics
• Laser safety goggles, laser system maintenance kit
• Maximum machine size: 14'L X 7' W X 7'H

Items to be Included in Quotation (for both types):

• Single station dereeler (or unpowered/unenclosed dereeler for laser)
• Manufacturer or Manufacturer Certified installation and training
• Electrical transformer
• Air cleaning system
• Shipping cost (if applicable)
• Extended warranty

Pricing Table: Includes fields for Model Number, Description of Service, Unit of Issue (UI), Quantity, Unit Price, Extended Price, and Lead Time for both Ink Jet and Laser Wire Marking Machines, including installation, training, extended warranty, and shipping.

Shipping Terms: Offers must specify FOB Destination or FOB Origin. If FOB Origin, shipping costs must be clearly marked.
