The requirement is for the providing of Wireline Communication Services for the U.S. Diplomatic Mission located in Canada, to include internet and telephony services.

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Canada will launch the solicitation on the www.SAM.gov website when it is available.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract providing defined services in variable quantities at a fixed price.

All offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer and at the time of contract award, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
