• The purpose of this amendment (0001) is to accomplish the following:

  • Increase base and option quantities by 19 units, from 3 units to 22 units each.
  • Change the solicitation due date to June 22, 2026.

• Item 11: Solicitation receipt date is extended.

• Item 14: Description of Amendment/Modification.

• Quantities for CLIN 0001AA and 0002AA are updated.

• The proposal receipt date (solicitation due date) has been extended to June 22, 2026.

• Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment.

• The quantity requirement has increased.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for "WIRING HARNESS" (NSN: 6150-01-560-8969). The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• The primary item is a "WIRING HARNESS" with a quantity of 3 EA.

• Production Quantity is specified.

• Packaging and Marking requirements are detailed, including Level Preservation: Military and Level Packing: B.

• Inspection and Acceptance are to be performed at the Origin.

• An option quantity is also specified for item 0002AA, with a delivery requirement of 150 days after the date of options award.

• Quotations must be furnished to the issuing office in Block 5A on or before Close of Business on 2026MAY21.

• All DLA Weapons Support (Warren) solicitations are publicized on SAM.gov.

• Vendors must be registered on SAM.gov.

• Bids and proposals must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist.

• Technical Data Packages (TDPs) are available via SAM.gov.

• The solicitation includes numerous FAR and DFARS clauses, covering topics such as contract administration, payment instructions, representations and certifications, and cybersecurity requirements.

• This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• The document includes extensive continuation sheets detailing various clauses, provisions, and instructions relevant to offerors.

• Offerors are advised to pay close attention to the solicitation closing date and time.

• Any interpretations and/or certifications attached to this Request for Quotation must be completed by the quoter.
