  • A quantity of 0 that successfully passes all specified tests (excluding destructive tests) will serve as a manufacturing standard for the remainder of the contract.

• The amendment extends the date for receipt of offers.

• Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified for receipt of offers.
