This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is for engineering, architectural, and construction services for Roof Timber Beam Recovery and Ceiling Repair in the main building of the U.S. Consulate General in Recife. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

• Engineering, architectural, and construction services for roof timber beam recovery and ceiling repair.

• Preparation of complementary drawings.

• Recovery of wooden beams.

• Removal of existing props.

• Ceiling adjustments.

• Electrical services related to the project.

• Installation of scaffolding for safe access.
