Important Note: Contractors are instructed to review the attached DD 254 Security Classification document and contact the POC below for the specifications of the patterns. Because these specifications are access controlled, contractors are required to have the proper clearance to receive and review the documents.
(1) Provide all information and requests for security clearance to the Government contact below for verification of Facility Security Clearance and personnel clearance.
(2) Submit an Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan for approval. The Government security officer will provide guidance on plan requirements.
(3) Submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement for each employee that will access classified material.
(4) The Government will verify eligibility to receive the documents.
(5) Once cleared, the Government will provide the documents to the contactor.
