Scope of Work
The requirement is for plywood or paper overlaid veneer boxes (telescopic) for flat sheet, conforming to ASTM-B-660 (most recent version, modified). Specific dimensions are required for three Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs):
- CLIN 0001: 144-1/2" L x 36-1/2" W x 3-1/2" H
- CLIN 0002: 144-1/2" L x 48-1/2" W x 3-1/2" H
- CLIN 0003: 144-1/2" L x 60-1/2" W x 3-1/2" H Inside dimension tolerance is -0 inches/+1/8 inches. Shipping must be FOB Destination and included in the unit price. Packaging must adhere to ASTM D3951-10 and MIL-STD-129R. Palletization requires serviceable, winged pallets per MD00100452, Revision C, heat treated, certified, and stamped/branded per DOD Manual 4140.65-M.
Contract Details
This will be one (1) Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FP EPA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an ordering period from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031 (5 ordering periods). The guaranteed minimum value is $16,000.00, with a maximum value of $6,380,381.44.

SP3300-26-Q-5007 Quotation – “Quoter’s Company Name.” - Quote Acceptance Period: 60 calendar days from the receipt date.
- Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quote is most advantageous, considering price, technical capability, and past performance. Technical Capability and Past Performance are evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis, with price being the determining factor among technically acceptable quotes.
- Quote Format: Submit as THREE (3) separate files: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Pricing & Administrative.
