Statement of Work (SOW)

These modules cover the full employee lifecycle.

• Subscription Renewal Requirements: Continued subscription access to all licensed Workday HCM modules, system availability in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ongoing system updates, patches, enhancements, data hosting, backup, disaster recovery, and security controls compliant with federal and DOE requirements.

• Optional Module Expansion: BSA reserves the right to expand functionality through additional Workday modules, such as Workday Extend, Workday Help, Workday Journeys, Workforce Planning, and Workday Success Plans (WSP) Accelerate Plus.

• Tenant and Environment Requirements: BSA requires multiple Workday tenants for development, testing, and production operations, including an existing Production Tenant and a minimum of two additional Implementation Tenants, along with sandbox and testing environments.

• The system must meet defined performance and availability standards, with a minimum uptime of 99.7 percent, excluding scheduled maintenance.

• Timely responses to incidents based on severity levels.

• Acceptable system response times consistent with industry SaaS benchmarks.

• Data backup and recovery processes must meet established standards.

• Authorization Status: Confirmation of being an authorized Workday partner/reseller or a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), including partnership level and certifications.

• Capabilities: Ability to provide Workday HCM subscription renewals, support additional modules/functionality, and offer value-added services (e.g., support, account management, optimization).

• Experience: Relevant experience supporting organizations of similar size and complexity, particularly in federal, DOE, or highly regulated environments.

• Administrative Information: Confirmation of active SAM.gov registration and UEI, and any applicable contract vehicles.
