Quick Summary

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified organizations for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) subscription renewal. The objective is to find authorized Workday partners/resellers or Value-Added Resellers (VARs) capable of providing licensing and related services. Scope of Requirement

BSA requires continued subscription access and support for its existing Workday HCM system, which currently serves approximately 3,000 employees. The requirement includes ensuring system availability (minimum 99.7% uptime), ongoing updates, data hosting, backup, disaster recovery, and security controls compliant with federal and DOE requirements. BSA also reserves the right to expand functionality with optional modules like Workday Extend, Workday Help, Workday Journeys, Workforce Planning, and Workday Success Plans. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and supporting the Workday SaaS platform, while BSA manages system configuration and business processes.
