All costs, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, as well as any tariff or duty charges, must be included in the quoted price. Delivery is FOB Destination to NSWC Dahlgren and is expected within 6 weeks from the date of award.

- Key Requirement: Offerors must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming authorization as a reseller or distributor. Quotations submitted without such documentation may not be considered for award.
