Contract Award Notice for MSC Worldwide Paint Program for the procurement of paints, coatings, solvents, preservation products, and engineering/technical services for the MSC Fleet Paint Program. The Government is contracting for products and services, in addition to availability and delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by the planned contract. The Contractor shall provide products and services for MSC and United States Ship (USS) Navy ships and any other Government-owned or Government-chartered ships designated by MSC. Services under the scope of the planned contract include engineering support services (e.g., field service technical representative, training, service calls) and technical evaluation and troubleshooting services. This contract was solicited as Full and Open Competitive requirement that will be a single, FP-EPA, IDIQ D-type contract that consists of a five year (5) ordering period.
