Scope of Work
This requirement involves the purchase and delivery of three semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines. Key technical specifications include:
- Wrap Height: Capable of wrapping loads up to 80 inches.
- Turntable: Minimum 60-inch diameter (low profile) or 48x48 inch octagonal (high profile), 12 RPM, supporting loads up to 4,000 pounds, with a chain and sprocket or V-belt drive system.
- Motors: AC drive motors for turntable and carriage (DC motors are acceptable).
- Film Carriage: Powered pre-stretch, adjustable from 60% up to a minimum 225% stretch.
- Control System: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with a user-friendly interface, digital display, adjustable wrap counters, adjustable turntable and carriage speed, and safety features like a power safety disconnect and lockable electrical cabinet.
- Electrical Requirements: 115V, 15 Amp (or standard facility voltage).
- Country of Origin: Machine and all major components must be manufactured in the United States or by affiliates in countries approved under the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). Deliverables include the three machines, all required accessories and options, and user manuals/maintenance documentation for each machine.

Acceptance Criteria & Warranty
Acceptance requires that all machines are delivered and fully operational per specifications, all features and functions are demonstrated to the Government, and user manuals/documentation are provided. Final inspection and sign-off will be conducted by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). A minimum one (1) year warranty on all materials, equipment, and workmanship is required, effective from the date of Government acceptance.
