- Routine Cleaning: Bi-weekly cleaning of offices, conference rooms, kitchen, lobby, and restrooms, including dusting, floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming with HEPA filtration), glass/mirror cleaning, sanitizing high-use surfaces, and trash/recycling removal.
- Periodic Services: Semi-annual carpet cleaning, twice-annual external window cleaning, and four-times-annual internal window cleaning.
- Specific Requirements: Use of bio-based, minimal-scent products; adherence to performance standards outlined in the PWS; and proper disposal of bio-hazard materials by certified personnel. Cleaning hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with periodic services scheduled on weekends or after hours.
