Scope of Work
This Sources Sought is for the installation, maintenance, and support of a Wrong Way Detection System (WWDS) at multiple locations within Dover AFB, including Bldg. 330/Main Gate, Bldg. 803/Housing Gate, Bldg. 105/CVI, and Bldg. 640/North Gate. The system must notify on-duty Security Forces with sound annunciation.
Contractor responsibilities include:
- Providing all labor, personnel, tools, parts, and supervision for inspection, repair, and installation.
- Removal of existing equipment and installation of new infrastructure.
- Repairing any damage to concrete, grass, or asphalt caused during installation.
- Training four individuals on system use and basic troubleshooting.
- Providing all documentation and as-builts.
- Obtaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) for installed systems.
Maintenance Requirements (for option years):
- Response and restoration for catastrophic (12 hours), major (24 hours), and partial (48 hours) system failures.
- Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) at all fielded locations, with reports.

Special Requirements
