Scope of Work
The project involves replacing existing Wrong Way Detection System sensors at designated Access Control Points (ACPs) at Shaw AFB, including the Main Gate, 441 Gate, and Sumter Gate. The scope includes the removal of old sensors and the installation of upgraded, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) replacement sensors. The new sensors must be compatible with the current system, retaining all existing infrastructure such as conduit, wiring, mounting locations, control systems, and annunciation interfaces. The system must continue to detect wrong-way entry (vehicle, pedestrian, or bicycle) and transmit signals to the existing control system. This effort explicitly excludes system redesign, construction, excavation, or installation of new infrastructure.
Contract Details & Requirements
This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. Offerors must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment. Pricing must be all-inclusive. The period of performance is 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Quotes must state that prices are valid for 60 days. A minimum one (1) year warranty on all materials and workmanship is required. The NAICS code is 561621 (Security Systems Services) with a size standard of $25,000,000.00. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration.

The Government will award to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous, considering price and technical acceptability. Evaluation will proceed from lowest total price to highest, with the first five offers evaluated for acceptability, and further evaluation in blocks of three if needed.
