Scope of Work

- Demolition and removal of existing interior fire alarm and pre-action suppression releasing systems.
- Installation of a new Monaco MAAPX based combination fire alarm and Mass Notification system with integral Transceiver and Antenna System.
- Provision of flame detection, including triple infrared (IR) optical flame detectors and Multi-spectrum IR Flame Detectors, with specific placement and testing.
- Repair and/or modification of the existing fire sprinkler system to operate as a wet-pipe system.
- Installation of textual display signs (LED scrolling) for "EVACUATE" or "ANNOUNCEMENT".
- Provision and installation of new electrical components for the fire alarm system, including a dedicated 120-volt, 20-amp circuit for the audio control panel.

Key Requirements & Eligibility
This opportunity is restricted to Tinker AFB Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Holders ONLY. Furthermore, only MAC BOA Holder General Contractors who attended the mandatory site visit on May 18, 2026, are eligible to propose. Key personnel requirements include a Project Manager, Design Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, and Project Superintendent with specific experience. Contractor personnel require AFMC Form 387 badges and secure area badges (AF Form 1199C) for access to the Airfield Operations area. Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 10 calendar days after award.
