• Evaluation Factors: Ability to meet technical specifications, lead time for delivery, past performance, and price.

• Past performance is not required for submission but will be evaluated using CPARS and other sources.

• Price will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness.

• This acquisition is set aside 100.00% for Small Business.

• The NAICS code is 221310 with a size standard of $41.

• The Buy American Certificate provision (FAR 52.225-2) is included.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses and provisions by reference, including 52.211-6 (Brand Name or Equal) and 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors).

• Salient Characteristics:

  • Dimensions: 47"-48"W Against Raceway, 12"D From Raceway, 45-46" Overall Body Height.
  • Construction: FRP with Vinyl-Ester liner.
  • Components: 316 Stainless Steel Gas Ports, 0.5" Burp Tube, Distribution Plate for 400-500gpm flow with 3/8" diameter holes.

• Delivery Terms: Prices quoted must be FOB Destination.

• Contractor Responsibilities include packing, marking, preparing bills of lading, delivering in good order, being responsible for loss/damage before receipt, furnishing a delivery schedule, and paying all charges to the specified point of delivery.

• Delivery Location: Saratoga National Fish Hatchery, Fish Hatchery Road, County Road 207, Saratoga, WY 82331-064.

• Delivery Instructions: Contact the Point of Contact (POC) at least three days prior to delivery to arrange a specific time. Unloading is the sole responsibility of the delivery carrier.
