Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance and support services for government-owned VJ Technologies instrumentation and system components. This includes repair of linear accelerators (e.g., Varian Medical Systems M9A and M6 Linatrons), generators, computers, supporting software, and imaging devices (e.g., Varex Imaging PaxScan 4343HE Digital Detector Arrays). Services cover personnel radiation safety components (safety interlocks, radiation surveys) to ensure maximum equipment uptime and stability. Maintenance includes inspection, calibration, adjustment, minor part replacement, and identification/performance of repairs to meet manufacturer standards. Both scheduled (preventative) and unscheduled (emergency) maintenance are required, with specific response times for critical (2 business days to site, 3 business days to complete) and non-critical (5 business days to site, 7 business days to complete) service calls. The contractor is also responsible for the cost and annual renewal of two Government-owned software licenses for Volume Graphics VGStudio Max.

  • Maintain a log of all service calls and provide detailed reports after each service or preventative maintenance visit.
  • Provide a primary and alternate point of contact for coordination.
