The Department of Veterans Affairs is actively seeking to lease a maximum of 26,568 RSF of existing office or medical space to provide essential care to VA patients in Wake Forest, NC.

Requirements:

Location: Must be within the delineated area.

Space Requirements:

Office space or Medical space for functional staff

Patient waiting areas

Functional corridors

Restroom facilities

Conference space

Record functions

Staff support areas

Considerations:

Existing buildings or build-to-suit options will be evaluated.

Compliance with accessibility laws in accordance with 4 CFR 101-19.6, App A (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards) is mandatory.

Special consideration will be given to Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
