This effort aims to identify suitable locations and qualified firms, particularly Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), for a potential long-term lease. The anticipated construction/buildout for this facility is estimated between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000. Responses are due by June 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.
