Eligibility & Submission Requirements
The VA is seeking responsible small business sources. SDVOSB and VOSB firms are strongly encouraged to respond and must be certified through SBA’s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). All respondents must demonstrate technical skills and financial capability, including a Capabilities Statement. Required submissions include:
