Contract Details

The Lessor is also responsible for a Lease Acquisition Fee of 2.48% of the total aggregate lease value to ISI Professional Services. Real estate taxes are the Lessor's responsibility.

Submission & Evaluation

Proposals must be submitted electronically via email. The evaluation will follow a best value tradeoff process, with technical factors considered more important than price. Evaluation criteria include Technical Quality, Offeror's Qualifications and Past Performance, Operations and Maintenance Plan, and Price. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
