- Storing and maintaining all items within the FCC medical cache for Emergency Response to the FCC Patient Reception Site (PRS).
- Providing storage for non-FCC medical equipment that does not require maintenance.
- Staffing and transportation for movement to and from the FCC PRS, including setup assistance.
- Providing 2,000 sq ft of climate-controlled storage space (64-78°F) within a 25-mile radius of Denver International Airport, with secure monitoring and rapid government access.
- Performing cache maintenance, including battery rotation, conditioning, and inventory management.
- Ensuring delivery and setup within 72 hours for alert and 2 hours for activation to a location within the ECHCS catchment area (44,000 sq miles).
